By accessing or using the services of Shabd Child Therapy, you agree to comply with
and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. All therapy sessions, consultations,
and related services are provided by certified professionals for educational and
therapeutic purposes only,
and do not replace medical advice from licensed healthcare providers.
Clients are required to provide accurate personal and medical information before starting therapy
to ensure the best care and results. Session timings must be respected,
and any rescheduling or cancellation should be informed at least 24 hours in advance;
failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the session fee.
All payments for therapy
services are to be made in advance and are non-transferable and non-refundable
once the session has commenced. Shabd Child Therapy reserves the right to
modify session timings,
fees, or policies at any time without prior notice. Any misuse of our services,
abusive communication,
or violation of these terms may lead to suspension or termination of services without refund.
All information shared during therapy is kept strictly confidential,
and we adhere to professional ethics and privacy standards.
