Refund Policy
At Shabd Child Therapy, we are dedicated to providing quality and personalized therapy sessions
for children to ensure the best possible care and progress. As our services are time-based
and involve professional consultation, all session fees once paid are non-refundable.
However, clients may reschedule their session by informing us at least 24 hours in advance;
otherwise, the session will be considered completed and non-refundable.
In case of any technical issues during online sessions or scheduling errors from our side,
we will review the situation and may offer an alternative session or a partial refund at our discretion.
For therapy packages or advance payments, cancellations can only be requested before the
first session begins,
after which no refunds will be processed.
Any approved refund will be initiated within 7–10 working days through the original mode of payment.
